

Fitzbillies is iconic in Cambridge so I knew I had to visit! Fortunately they have several options that the menu says can be made vegan, I chose the shakshuka because it was the most unique. To make it vegan they simply took off the egg - I wish they had subbed tofu or something but it was fine. It was served alongside dairy butter, but again no biggie I just didn’t eat that. Ultimately the dish was seasoned very well, and I was happy enjoy a vegan brunch. :) #abillionturns3 #brunch
