These sausages make for a perfect partner to a VBites Sunday roast and slathered with gravy. You can also add them to other classic British dishes such as bangers ‘n’ mash and toad in the hole. Their herbaceous flavour makes them suitable for Mediterranean dishes too – try these in an Italian casserole or in a sausage pasta bake.

Found a bunch of these reduced to £1 so assumed they wouldn't be very nice. Taste was ok but the texture is somewhat unpleasant (like very dry seitan, similar to bread).
Wouldn't buy for full price.
