Seriously nice pie. The pastry is flaky and great, the filling is savoury and rich, much better than you'd expect given the description is tomato and quinoa. Really like a savoury pie you can have with mash and gravy, would go well on a roast, unlike a lot of vegan pies which are all curry flavour. Linda Mac will always be my favourite comfort food but I would serve these if I was cooking Sunday lunch for someone else and trying to impress.
