If you wish to add collagen to your shakes for either more (but incomplete) protein or for hair/joint health, this is a good alternative to the common cow-hide collagen on the shelves. This is Tahitian Vanilla flavor and tastes pretty good. You really need a shaker-ball cup or blender to mix it. A spoon won’t do it and you’ll have a gritty powder drink. This contains the protein peptides for collagen building so we really aren’t missing anything by using plants.
