Americans love baby veggies: baby carrot, baby arugula, baby corn, baby potatoes…and of course, baby spinach! 👶🏻🥬
I actually prefer the adult spinach, but they’re less seen (all plucked before fully grown?! 🙈). So I follow the ancient wisdom: when in the US, don’t be shy, eat the bab(ies)y ones😉
