Olive oil extra virgin , it’s one of the best that usually you can find in a supermarket; but the best “aceite de oliva virgen extra “ come from cooperativas, and believe me if you find that type of olive oil , buy it , because the real taste is sooooo different and so tasty . The second picture is “salmorejo “ ( tomatoes , bread , garlic , olive oil , salt , black pepper and vinegar) is a typical dish of my land Andalucía. I add shake seeds mix , to make it more nutritive 👌🏻
