The Loft Coffee House

The Loft is one of my favourite haunts, run by passionate people who care about animals.

This is the carrot lox bagel.  Made using Vegan Bay Baker bagels, with their own recipe for the carrot lox and creamy vegan cheese.

Absolutely stunning!
