I’m actually so happy we stumbled across this at a vegetable grocer near our house. Very unexpected and when we took it out of the oven, I’m not sure if it was the combination of finally getting to use the oven (after renovating for 2 months) or the fact that I’ve missed spinach and flaky filo pastry so incredibly much - it was heavenly. Please never stop stocking these 🥺
