Have been dreaming about a vegan pastizzi since I went vegan 7 years ago and
this is probably the closest thing I've found. Delicious filling and super flaky filling!

Really yummy flavor but lacked some salt for me so I added zata’r and some
pepper to it. Found it a lil rich for my liking as I don’t consume a lot of oil.
It would pair great with a zesty dressed salad.

I’m actually so happy we stumbled across this at a vegetable grocer near our house.
Very unexpected and when we took it out of the oven, I’m not sure if it was the combination of finally getting to use the oven (after renovating for 2 months) or the fact that I’ve missed spinach and flaky filo pastry so incredibly much - it was heavenly. Please never stop stocking these 🥺
