Review of Mapo Tofu Bowl at Wholey Wonder Vegan Cafe and Yoga Studio (Penang) by dafnelately

My girlfriend ordered this for dinner the night before but got disappointed because it didn’t even contain any “mapo tofu” 🤷‍♀️ So naturally it became my lunch because I don’t fuss too much about what I eat because I am a little dead inside 🥲 It’s just a standard poke bowl really. For sides, she went with scrambled tofu, steamed okra, spinach namul, kimchi, sesame seeds, with gochujang sauce on top of a bed of mixed sea barley rice. It honestly was quite good but with so many good poke bowl alternatives in Penang & because there really wasn’t any mapo tofu to it, it’s a hard recommendation. #helpindiabreathe #tiledreview
