I was shocked to see these on the shelves at Asda as cornbread is not at all common in England. Growing up in the US south, I happily snatched a box of this mix off of the shelves. It is a tasty, easy mix. The seeds add a nice crunch and the jalapeños only a hint of a kick. Definitely something I will keep in the cabinets for an easy breakfast or side dish.
