Review of Pizza “Vera rossa” at Pizzeria Vizio 5 by rebeljana

Yesterday with a group of friends we went for a wonderful 20km walk on Anello Armeno Coiromonte, Monte Faló e 3 Montagnette. Unfortunately the trail wasn’t properly marked so we got lost a few times on the way 🙈 which made the whole experience even longer. Our Wolfpack’s loved every hour of it 😅 6 of them to be precise. Before heading home we went for a well deserved pizza napoletana 🤤 Typical soft dough was delish. Unfortunately the staff wasn’t keen on making any modification when it comes to ingredients. Which is pretty odd in a pizzeria. Every place I went to so far never had any problems to customize the pizza to suit customer individual needs. After all it’s pizza. It’s prepared fresh on request. After some strong convincing from our part ( almost leaving) the staff agreed to replace the aubergine with mushrooms... 🙈 Pretty ridiculous!! The restaurants offers only one vegan side dish and one vegan pizza. With no intentions to modified other pizzas from their list... so bere it in mind if you decide to visit them. #rifugiomiletta
