Review of Vegan Dark Choc Raspberry Cake - Locaba by bornvegetarian

I am truly impressed by how flavourful this gluten free and diabetic friendly cake was. I don't often like cakes with a lot of cream/buttercream but here the raspberry flavour in it was hard to resist and it's fruity punch went really well with the moist dark chocolate sponge and ganache. Makes quite a unique pink and brown combination. Love the fresh berries on top too. There was a hint of something in the taste, I'm guessing it's either the almond milk or the erythritol sweetener. Also, it seems the cake softens pretty fast, it was super easy to cut but it had been out of the fridge for quite a while. The ganache was nice and melty, but the buttercream was starting to lose shape.

Definitely looking forward to trying other flavours. Seems fairly healthy for a cake and as indulgent as regular cakes.
