Was craving this rich, dark chocolate cupcake from Roá as I tried it once some time ago, and it’s so satisfying! Weirdly I like to eat this cold, like a semi-frozen chocolate cake. As it warms up naturally, it gets creamier and more cake-like. SO GOOD. Recommend it for those who like their chocolate dark and strong. It’s also gluten-free but I couldn’t tell if I didn’t know.
