I think this may be the best veg version of fish bee Hoon soup that I've tried! the mock fish is different from the usual soy based patty - it's more of a crispy ball of seaweed and flour and it's very tasty. The soup is also fragrant and has a nice tinge of ginger. 👍👍 remember to ask for no milk for a vegan version.
