Enchilada and taco combo plate at Ranchos Cocina — nicolealbritton's Review (May 16, 2021)

I feel like finding good vegan enchiladas at restaurants is difficult. Ranchos Cocina has the best enchiladas I’ve found anywhere. This is the one taco and one enchilada combination plate. It also comes with refried beans and Spanish rice. I don’t like refried beans so my boyfriend eats them. He’s not vegan, but he ordered the same vegan dish as me. This is the “chicken” taco and enchilada with green sauce.
