Gringa de chistorra de La Parrilla Vegana

Bazar La Veganería es un proyecto donde se congregan pequeños productores artesanales con la finalidad de ofrecer a la comunidad productos libres de crueldad animal, es decir productos veganos, de ahí recibe el nombre el bazar, apoyando al bienestar animal y la sana convivencia con las diferentes especies del planeta.

These delicious flour tortilla gringas are from La Parrilla Vegana. They’re filled with avocado spicy sauce, vegan chistorra (a type of chorizo) and vegan cheese. All so good! It’s a little on the expensive side but I appreciated that they make it right there on the spot on their grills.
