Ginger Duck at Zi Zai Vegetarian (Bishan) — Wong YK's Review (May 13, 2021)

Was pleasantly surprised by the dish. The ginger sauce was pretty good but would love a little more ginger. The mock duck seems to be fried before they added the sauce so it adds a little crunch to it. Though would wish for it to be a tad bit softer. Quite a savoury dish that taste great with rice.
