Review of Pizza tartufo at Choose Ristorante Naturale by florine
Truffle sauce, mozzarella, sautéed mushrooms, crushed pistachio nuts. This pizza is absolutely delicious, words can't do it justice.

florine I trust vegan restaurants to use vegan ingredients, or I may as well just stop eating out... So I assume there was no animal exploitation on my plate (using synthetic truffle oil? Ethical harvesting?...) But I'll be sure to ask next time ;)1 likeReply

saramanzana To clear up the matter: truffles are not vegan, I have found that there is no way to dispense with the use of dogs and pigs, there's not something as "ethical harvesting". walkabout-veg Looks yummy, however in case of wild truffles dogs and pigs have to endure abuse to find the fungi. That is why wild truffle is not considered vegan.3 likesReply
