Ube doughnut at Blackbird Doughnuts Brighton — sgrande's Review (May 12, 2021)

Each month Blackbird has a different vegan flavor, and this month it’s a brioche filled with ube mousse and topped with coconut flakes. SO delicious!!!! The mousse is so light and airy and not too sweet. Worth every penny of the $3.50 price tag!
