mac & cheeze at Life - The Vegan Drive Thru — autumn's Review (May 8, 2021)

i haven’t even finished eating this and i’m already reviewing this dish

let me tell you this is the ~BEST~ mac & cheese i’ve had. no mac & cheese has felt authentic or comfort food-y to me. i always order it if it’s available and it’s honestly always a let down but this stuff of AMAZING. the mac is soft without being mushy and the cheese is creamy and flavorful there’s also some breadcrumbs in there it’s all around a 11/10 #abillionturns3

i’ve gotten the mac n cheese three or four times after making the original review and each of those times it’s been ~alright~
it’s been bland and overly pepper-y. maybe that first time was just a lucky batch? i was bummed
