Review of Extra Firm tofu - The Tofoo Co. by janxr

This is my favourite firm tofu by a long way! It doesn't need pressing & always comes out a treat. 😋 It makes a great tofu scramble or it's perfect just dusted with seasoned cornflour & used in stir fries 🍳🍚🍜 (With Bosh! recipe sweet & sour sauce in 2nd photo.) It's even good in salads straight from the pack! 🥗 I love that it's organic & at £2 with enough for 4, I think it's pretty good value too. 👍
