I love buying the plain tofu and adding my own spices to it to make fake ‘scrambled eggs’ for breakfast! I season it with turmeric, saffron, cayenne pepper and salt #fakeegg #veganbreakfast #breakfastideas However the amount of packaging on this product is unnecessary 😩
Really great firm tofu that doesn't need any pressing. Easy to work with whole, chopped or crumbled up. I use this mainly in curries or will scramble it on toast. Good value and a decent sized block to feed usually 2.
