If you're looking for a crisp shortbread cookie, this is probably not for you. It's soft, crumbly, melt-in-the-mouth (brew biccie dunkers beware- one split second dunk then eat as quickly as possible. Otherwise it tends to disappear into your drink!). Nice chocolate chips, and a lovely indulgent cookie.
