Review of Akamaru 1.0 (4th May- 30th Jun 21) at IPPUDO Raffles City by gibberish38210

Went down to try out. Second day it launches. There a selection how the texture u want the noodle to be, soft/median. This is not a salty ramen to suit local tastes but personally i prefer more salty, the mock ham is a add on but hidden by the soup which is rich of favour soya milk and oil just blend in so well.
Recommended for those had never tried ramen at all and for those who miss travelling to Japan for it. Do try out before it ends by June.. thankful the restaurant made such a effort, was hoping it will permanent on menu or there more variety version coming up like spicy ramen?
