Overall satisfied with the dish and hope it can make it to the permanent menu!! One downside of the meat is that the consistency kinda varies ??? The pieces that are more porous tasted like taopok hahaha I ain’t complaining but my friend who doesn’t like tofu wasn’t a fan lol
