Review of Premium Karubi Don at Aburi-EN (Nex) by turtleisland

Love these vegan short-ribs in a traditionally meat-heavy place! The teriyaki sauce was so sticky and delicious, while the meat tasted very much like soy chicken! Love the charring too. It’s so nice to have a vegan japanese option :)
