Omg I love how this is a multivitamin optimized for vegans. I'm a bit wary of other multivitamins out there that they may have stuff that you don't need and not enough of the stuff you need. Only thing it doesn't contain is Omega 3 which I take separately. I ordered it from the UK. £6.60 for a 3 month supply, £8.50 shipping shipping Singapore. I bought 2 bottles to try the 2 flavours. They don't have a big difference in taste, and they have a medicine like aftertaste which I don't quite like. But I will definitely get them again. It saves trouble to not have to get separate supplements for different vitamins. My blood levels were normal last time I checked so I don't need supplements in the higher doses that I previously took and can stick with this recommended dose. #abillionturns3 🎂🍊
