There’s always this question that a #vegan will encounter: where do you find #vitaminb12? Oftentimes,

in order to find a #plantbased source of these vitamins, it is important to find a #quality supplement. 💯💊 Veg 1 presents a safe and top-notch supplement from the Vegan Society, the oldest organization of vegetarians/vegans in the world, along with #vitamind3, #selenium, and #iodine—all in the form of a small chewable multivitamin. Not to mention, the packaging is completely recyclable, as well as the 100% #plasticfree aluminum tin. ♻️ There is a small amount of sugar (~0.625 grams) in order to create a stable base and a subtle orange flavor 🍊, but it’s practically negligible seeing as you only need one a day. Otherwise, I’d recommend it as a 10/10 part of a balanced vegan diet. 💚

#veganuary #groingroin
🇬🇧 We were nearing the end of our VEG1 tablets, I chose to take the orange version to change from the blackcurrant one. We're not going to lie to each other, these aren't candies 😉 but these chewable lozenges are practical and the tastes aren't bad. No preference between the two tastes. It is useless to remind that vitamins are important and all the more the B12 in vegetarians, vegans, maybe even in flexi and omnis, people are not immune to deficiency. "La Petite Okara" talks about it in French in a youtube video that I watched two years ago and that's when I realized the importance of this vitamin. In addition, I find the bottle affordable, in the sense that for 18 €, we have a cure of 6 months for one person.

Omg I love how this is a multivitamin optimized for vegans. I'm a bit wary

of other multivitamins out there that they may have stuff that you don't need and not enough of the stuff you need. I feel assured by this because they provide extensive information on vegan nutrition. https://www.vegansociety.com/shop/what-veg-1

Only thing it doesn't contain is Omega 3 which I take separately. I ordered it from the UK. £6.60 for a 3 month supply, £8.50 shipping shipping Singapore. I bought 2 bottles to try the 2 flavours. They don't have a big difference in taste, and they have a medicine like aftertaste which I don't quite like. But I will definitely get them again. It saves trouble to not have to get separate supplements for different vitamins. My blood levels were normal last time I checked so I don't need supplements in the higher doses that I previously took and can stick with this recommended dose. #abillionturns3 🎂🍊
