Veg. Ho Fun at Unit Su Vege — njeami's Review (May 3, 2021)

Another dish I can’t pass on when I order from Unit Su. I often sub Veg Ham for Tofu and Mushrooms for more veggies. Never has anyone tasted it and not been impressed. Think Lo-mein with more “umph”. There’s at least 2 servings packed into one dish. Sometimes I draw it out for 3 - 5 days. #abillionturns3
