Review of Risotto at Real Food by huilin

Tried this mushroom and turmeric vegan risotto which is basically brown rice in kombu broth with soy milk and turmeric. Taste is good, and comfortable to eat. The rice is well simmered in the broth and taste is just nice, the addition of soy milk added some creaminess to the dish but not too heavy. Priced at $12.80 per portion.
