Try covering the noodles for a minute or two with a plate or something once you take it out of the microwave, that’ll soften them 🙂

Organic Vegan Mac Microwavable Cheddar Flavor

I am 100% in support of all vegan food ... however I thought I followed the instructions... maybe it was something I did ... but two minutes in the microwave did not cook the noodles enough... and they were very dry ... I added a little oat milk ... 
I have another cup (sold in two packs) so I will try again ... I mean how bad of a cook am I ....to mess up instant Mac and cheese??!
