Review of Vegaffettato fantasia di Carpaccio - Biolab by vegatta

This vegan Carpaccio is amazing. Cold meat made out of wheat gluten, chickpea flour and spices, very similar to the original version, so tasty, perfect to be eaten into a sandwich.
Sadly too expensive for the quantity it contains but worths every cent.
