Like all of their vegran cheeses the consistency is great, very parmesan-like. The flavor is similar too but a bit sharper because of the chili. I am not the biggest fan of spices so for me it was enjoyable but not something I would repurchase. I imagine some people might be disappointed because it’s not spicier. Their original vegran “all pure” flavor is still my favorite.
