This shredded jackfruit is delicious. We warm it up in a frying pan with BBQ sauce, and then make a "pulled pork" sandwich. The texture is spot on and I think the taste is too... as best as I can remember. I haven't had it without adding BBQ sauce but man is it good. It's very affordable, about $3 US for a box that makes two pretty loaded sandwiches. Low calorie, a little protein and some fiber so relatively healthy as well.
