A great substitute for the non vegan options, this is so close to the original taste of mayo and tastes great both as a salad dressing as well as a dip for your finger food. I used it to bind my tofu salad together for a sandwich that I was preparing, a post on this soon.
They can definitely do better with a more reusable packaging. I know its not simple, maybe one problem at a time. But then we also don’t have enough time where we create another problem while trying to solve one. For me the best vegan food products are the ones cater to the customer’s liking and have minimal impact on the environment.
