Pho T&N never disappoints! 🤩 This pho features tofu and mushrooms in a super savory vegan broth with aromatic herbs and onions. (Thai basil, bean sprouts, lime wedges, jalapeño slices, sriracha, and hoisin sauce are served on the side for garnishing.)

This cozy local pho spot has held a special place in my heart since high school, and since before I went vegan. I was overjoyed when they came out with a vegan menu right when I started transitioning to a vegan lifestyle. Everything is delicious! ❤️
