These don’t taste quite like prosciutto, but I love the smoky flavor. They kind of remind me of hot dogs though, more so than prosciutto. Regardless, it’s nice to be able to have a good sandwich again!
Awesome tidbit: they’re cured just like deli meat & use sourdough culture!
They would definitely hold their own on a cute little vegan charcuterie board.
