Seasonal Vegetables with Mushrooms and Dried Scallops at Gaia Veggie Shop — moosewong's Review (Apr 27, 2021)

I really enjoyed this - it's flavorful but not too heavy, depending on how much of the sauce you keep on the broccoli. It goes great with rice and has a decent portion of vegetables.
