Review of Large Flake Nutritional Yeast - Bob's Red Mill by stormm

April's recipe challenge - scrambled eggs, parmesan and asparagus toast. I improved upon it by switching it vegan using this magical yeast, making tofu scramble, vegan parmesan (cashew), and vegan asparagus. The last item was difficult going but worth the effort.

The dish was absolutely delicious, not because of the yeast but rather my stellar culinary skills. Chef Homeboy-R-Dee's got nothing on me.
