I could have cried when I took my first bite of this. This is not a chicken Mayo replica - this is something entirely unique and so much better than you could ever imagine. Tofu Mayo is my new religion and I don’t know how I’m ever going to come out at the end of the month eating one of these a day but I am a loyal follower and will make it work.
