Peanut butter cupcakes at Gingersnap Vegan Bakery — Sara's Review (Apr 20, 2021)

YUM. These vegan peanut butter cupcakes were amazing. I'm very impressed with them for mg birthday last week. I had them with vanilla frosting.
I loved the fluffiness of the cake. The cake and frosting were sweet, but not overly so. My whole (omnivorous) family thought they were tasty too.
The only critique I have was that after unwrapping from the paper, they felt slightly greasy to hold and left a little residue.
