So apparently this is the “true” vegan cheese 😂 I can’t believe I managed to find actual vegan cheese before coming across this. I’ve been using it for pasta dishes & just as a sprinkle of extra protein in dishes. It does indeed taste kind of like cheese, but I’d say more akin to cashews. #impactfulapril #autismawarenessmonth #tiledreview

So I’ve been having this for a while & I noticed that almost every time after I having this in a meal, my face would feel a tad itchy. Apparently this is a common side-effect of over-ingestion of nutritional yeast. I’d recommend you read up on proper portioning before adding this to your diet 🤭
