Hearty Vegan Salad at Fika Swedish Cafe and Bistro — marigoldish's Review (Apr 17, 2021)

Although there were 3 vegan options listed in the menu, this was the only one available the day I was there. 😑

Nothing much to shout about. Fusili tossed with cherry tomatoes, corn, olives and pesto sauce, over a bed of lettuce. Hope the cafe can come up with more exciting options - impossible swedish meatballs pls?
