Review of Etlaxcalli enfrijoladas rellenas de papa y zanahoria at Mictlan Antojitos Veganos by zullybee

I absolutely loved these enfrijoladas. They’re 3 folded tortillas filled with potatoes and carrots, bathed with a black bean sauce, lettuce, soy chorizo and tofu cream. I will always order these again!
