Tasty vegan schnitzel... I had it for diner yesterday, with a salad and sandwiches.
These Mühlen Schnitzel are made on a base of soy and wheat flour, they have a pleasant structure, and are already breaded and fried. So you only need to fry them in a pan for a couple of minutes.
