Texture was well balanced - creaminess and softness from the avocado and hummus and a crunch factor from the bread and pomegranates.
Well balanced flavour as well. The sweetness from the mango I feel added an extra touch. Would’ve tasted blend otherwise. Not a bad dish overall, in my opinion.
