Beyond Meat Rice & Quinoa Bowl

I liked my Beyond Meat rice and quinoa bowl. I was able to customize it with all the veggies. I want. 
The Beyond Meat on top was crumbles and I topped it with Thai sauce, which was labeled with a V (which I assumed meant vegan since the other sauces were vegetarian)
