Review of Meatless Chick’n Strips - Gardein by veganlyssa
Great chicken strip alternatives. I love to make this into an enchilada casserole! I wish I had a cooked picture but they were eaten before I remembered to take a pic! I use medium green sauce, corn tortillas layer, more green sauce with chicken strips, daiya cheddar shreds, spinach, mushrooms, more green sauce, more corn tortillas and finish with green sauce! Bake at 350 degrees for an hour covered with foil! Super tasty!!!
