teriyaki veggie soba at Steakhouse 9 Bistro & Lounge — madds's Review (Apr 7, 2021)

I wanted to share this dish from a non vegan restaurant as inspiration for menu mods. This is the teriyaki chicken bowl but sub soba noodles and sushi rice, no chicken, extra veggies and add avo and baby tomatoes! Honestly this is not a hard change for the kitchen to make and we are happy to help any vegan stick to their diet!
